Starting condition

What needed to change

Different services needed their own relevance, but every proposal and presentation still had to strengthen the WiiGroup name.

The group's technical capability was not always visible in the way services were structured or presented. Individual teams needed flexibility for specialist audiences, while the master brand needed a stronger hierarchy and recognisable visual centre. The work also had to reduce reliance on price led comparison by helping proposals, site materials and digital touchpoints communicate expertise, scale and service relationships more consistently.

The decisions

What was decided, and why

The thinking, as it was published.

  2. Strategic positioning, logo architecture, visual rules and application guidance were brought into one system. The master brand gained a clearer role, with service level materials adapting within shared typography, hierarchy and design principles. Practical templates then translated those rules into real sales and communication formats, making the identity useful in working documents rather than limiting it to a formal brand guideline.

  3. Across eight weeks, we gathered input, refined positioning, mapped logo relationships and tested the system against typical business material. The final stage converted those decisions into more than 15 templates across Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and social channels. This gave teams practical starting points for proposals, presentations and marketing while preserving enough control for the brand to remain coherent.

How the work moved

Stakeholder discovery moved directly into hierarchy decisions, application rules and an editable toolkit.
