Essential storage may remember security, consent or session choices needed to operate the site and enquiry routes.
Measurement
Measurement here is an aggregate, cookieless beacon: a closed vocabulary of event names and page types (never which case study or article), plus one yes/no on whether the browser supports modern CSS. No IP address, no user agent, no identifier of any kind is stored, which is why there is no cookie banner. If you submit the enquiry form, a short journey summary from this tab (landing page type, referrer site, tools used) travels inside your own submission and nowhere else.
Embedded services
Calendar or form providers may set their own storage when loaded. Where required, these services should remain inactive until the relevant choice is made.
