Starting condition

What needed to change

The atmosphere of the estate had to come through online alongside the practical information guests need before enquiring.

Couples, staying guests and private hospitality clients needed to understand the setting, standard and available experiences before making contact. The website therefore had to balance mood with useful detail, provide room for the brand to grow after launch and support search visibility without making the property feel over-marketed. Every message needed to respect the measured tone expected of a sensitive, premium hospitality project.

The decisions

What was decided, and why

The thinking, as it was published.

  2. Layout, typography, imagery, pacing and content hierarchy were shaped into a calm, cohesive experience. Weddings, stays and private hospitality sit within one understandable journey, with service details and enquiry routes presented clearly but without pressure. The system extends the brand beyond a single launch moment, giving Sallymount House a considered first impression and a practical foundation for future content.

  3. The work combined user journey mapping, responsive design, accessible page structure, performance focused development and technical SEO. AI marketing automation was considered within the wider foundation to support future enquiry and follow up activity while preserving the personal tone of the hospitality experience. Design and technical choices were reviewed against the same standard: useful for guests, manageable for the team and true to the character of the estate.
