01 Starting condition
What needed to change As titles and destination themes expanded, the publishing system had to grow without flattening the voice that made Go Wild recognisable.
Print issues, regional stories and digital content each had different production needs, yet audiences expected a coherent brand and a simple way to explore topics. Readers needed to move between destinations, food, culture and travel, while the internal workflow had to support regular editorial activity. The challenge was to create structure around that growth without turning Go Wild into a generic tourism directory.

03 The decisions
What was decided, and why The thinking, as it was published.
01 Challenge As titles and destination themes expanded, the publishing system had to grow without flattening the voice that made Go Wild recognisable.
02 Solution Print and digital were given distinct roles within one connected editorial and brand system. Magazine design and art direction preserve the tactile, curated experience of print, while the website organises stories, destinations and themes for ongoing discovery. Shared brand rules and a more consistent content structure keep the channels related without forcing them to behave identically. The result gives Go Wild a clearer way to publish regional material and helps readers recognise the same editorial character wherever they encounter it.
03 Process Creative direction, production support and digital improvement have developed together over a 48 month partnership. the studio has supported print and digital art direction, publishing workflow, content hierarchy and technical SEO as the portfolio evolved. Each new title or regional theme was considered within the wider system, so production decisions could be reused rather than rebuilt from scratch. This ongoing approach supports steady editorial delivery while leaving space for individual stories and issues to retain their own emphasis.
